To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take the time to read the following important information. These policies are in place to respect you, our lovely clients, and our sweet team caring for you. Thank you.

  • SPARKLING BRAND NEW CLIENTS

    Thank you for choosing us! Please note your appointment is pending until you have received the accepted confirmation reminder. By reserving your appointment, you are confirming that you have read and understand all of the following policies. In addition, you have the proper amount of growth for your service (brazilian – 3weeks).  If you are fully grown out, please feel free to trim but be careful not to trim too short. If using clippers use a guard no smaller than a #3. If unsure, please let us take care of it for you! If your hair is not long enough please understand you will be charged the late cancel/ late reschedule fee of 100% of your service. If you have any questions or need to contact us all you need to do is reply to any text notification. You will then have access to our 24 -7 text messaging system with a real life human being. If you prefer to talk on the phone, feel free to give us a call. If email is your thing we can’t guarantee when we’ll get back to you.

  • CONFIRMATION REQUIRED

    You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not confirm within 24 hours we will assume you will not be making it to your appointment and therefore it will be canceled. If your scheduled service is booked for an hour or more, it will automatically be confirmed at the 48 hour mark.

  • RUNNING LATE

    We run a tight hive. Please be on time. We understand that life happens, so if you are running late please MESSAGE or CALL us ASAP. We will always do our best to fit you in, but cannot guarantee as most of our appointments are booked in fifteen minute increments. Even at five minutes late this can cause a domino effect throughout the day and we want to give YOU and our following clients the detailed attention deserved. If we cannot fit you in on the same day please understand you will be charged the late cancel/reschedule fee. Remember we want to take care of you as much as you do so please communicate with us as we will do the same if we are running late. Thank you for understanding our time is valuable.

  • LATE CANCEL/LATE RESCHEDULE

    If you late cancel or late reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled confirmed appointment you will be charged a fee of 100% of your total service. This includes the last minute removal of services. This also includes if you are running late and we are unable to fit you in. If you late reschedule for the same day we are happy to make an exception if we have the availability. Please understand we are holding this time just for you.

  • NO SHOW

    If you no-show you will be charged 100% of your total service. After one no-show/no call you may only be considered as a walk-in and will not be able to book in advance.
