Gingerly Policies

In order to give you exceptional service we ask that you help us in following our gingerly policies.

  • COVID-19 GUIDELINES

    As always we have gone above and beyond what the CDC and the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology recommend for sanitation and disinfecting standards. We have always disinfected everything in our treatment rooms between each client.

    • Face masks are optional.
    • Please do not come to your appointment if not feeling well.
    • We now require a 24-hour notice of cancellation.
  • LATE CANCEL/LATE RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW

    If you no-show, late cancel or late reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge a fee of 50% of your total service. If you no-show, late cancel or late reschedule we may not be able to fill your spot and we strive to accommodate all of our clients.

  • LATE ARRIVAL

    If you are five (5) minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited. Our appointments are booked in fifteen (15) minute increments. If you are more than five minutes late we may not be able to give you the detailed attention that you and the following clients deserve. Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable.

  • BOOKING

    We require a credit/debit card number on file for each of our clients. You will be asked to provide your payment information before we accept your appointment. We will confirm hair growth before accepting your appointment via text.

  • 3 NO-SHOWS

    After three no shows or late cancels, you will be asked to pre-pay before booking or you may choose to do a walk-in appointment upon availability.

  • APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

    You will receive a confirmation request 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will enable you to give a 24 hour notice to confirm, reschedule or cancel. If you DO NOT confirm within the 24 hours we will assume you will not be making it to your appointment and therefore it WILL BE canceled.
